With this tailored driving tour, we consult with you on your needs to help determine which areas of town will might be good possibilities for you. You are then picked up by an experienced guide and driven around the greater Seattle area while being educated on neighborhoods, commute times, public transportation, local entertainment, safety concerns, schools, grocery stores and other factors that are vital in making a housing decision. Your guide will also answer any rental market questions you may have, such as what the average rental rates are for a particular neighborhood, what typical pet policies are and what you can expect when renting in our area. Our orientation tours have proved to be immensely valuable to our clients. A two hour tour covers Seattle and the Eastside; for additional areas a three hour tour is recommended.
