With our free apartment search, we take your criteria and contact these properties to see if they have any vacancies fitting your needs, then compile that information and send it over to you, saving you time and a lot of hard work.

To utilize this service, we ask that you fit the following criteria:
      • A move-in date within the next 90 days
      • Looking for a modern apartment (not a house or vintage property)
      • Looking in Downtown/Belltown, lower Queen Anne, South Lake Union, Bellevue, Kirkland or Redmond
      • A price range of $1100 & up for 1 bedrooms or $1500 & up for 2 bedrooms
      • Good credit and verifiable income
      • No criminal record

By enlisting the services of Apartment Insider,
which are being provided to me at no cost, I hereby agree to the following:
1. When calling or visiting the properties on the list provided, I will communicate verbally or on the property guest card that my referral source is Apartment Insider.
2. While working with an Apartment Insider consultant, I will not use any other locating service or website that would be listed as a referral source.
